Recipe: The Perfect Hamburger

Most nights of the week you can find me in the backyard manning the grill. I cook year round and enjoy working my recipes to perfection. This recipe comes from the Williams Sonoma Grilling Collection which I picked up as an impulse buy at the grocery store.
My wife and I consider this our favorite burger recipe. It’s easy to make and we usually have most of the ingredients on hand. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and the flavor never disappoints. Truly the perfect hamburger!
I substituted the healthiest ingredients where possible but otherwise have left this original recipe unaltered.
